3.PUBLICITY COMMITTEE

Wide publicity of sports event.

Conduct all the press release.

Result of the matches upload on the website.

Opening ceremony and fixture number of participating team to upload on website.

4.ACCOMODATION COMMITTEE

Responsibility for making arrangements for the stay.

5.TRANSPORT COMMITTEE

They deal with the transportation of players.

6.PRIZE COMMITTEE

Responsible for issuing the participants certificates & merit certificates to the team & make arrangements for prize distribution ceremony.

They have to write all the certificates of participation and merit certificates.

They have to hand over this certificate after the clearance to their respective Coaches and Manager.

They have to keep record of the certificate to which they have issued.

7.MEDICAL COMMITTEE

This committee is reponsible for medical.

8.MESS COMMITTEE

Responsible for their refreshment ,breakfast ,lunch & dinner.

9.PROTEST COMMITTEE

This committee will decide about the registered protest.

10. CEREMONY COMMITTEE

Ceremony committee is responsible to conduct opening and closing ceremony.
